The Orange County Firefighters Museum is open Saturday from 1:00 PM-4:00 PM from February 17th to December 11th.
Over the years Historical material has been lovingly preserved by the fire companies and enthusiasts of Orange County. Artifacts of all sorts are displayed from old hand drawn fire pumpers to badges and ribbons, from early motorized apparatus to old helmets and uniforms, photos and other fire memorabilia. The museum is the old Montgomery Fire House and you can even see the fire pole.
The O. C. Firefighters Museum is to honor all Orange County Firefighters.
It represents 90 Fire Companies, 52 Fire Departments, 200 Professional Firefighters and over 5000 Volunteer Firefighters.
For 200 years volunteer firemen have protected the people of Orange County. Today's firemen, both volunteer and professional, continue that service to their fellow citizens and the museum proudly preserves that Heritage.
