The Keystone Cops have been a long tradition in the Village of Montgomery. On Saturday, July 24th you will see them out in full force. Be on your best behavior or they may lock you up in the hoosegow.
This picture was on the cover of the Wallkill Valley Times for the Village’s 175th celebrating in 1985.

Montgomery’s Keystone Cops were out patrolling the park Sunday night as they will be doing regularly throughout anniversary week. The first summons went to Ed Devitt. Seems it’s illegal for a county legislator to drink beer without whiskers in public. Pictured above are (l to r) Stacy Brescia, Jimmy Wild, Brad Kaufmann, Darren Miller, and Richie Reynolds.
