September 4, 2010 - Will The Warrior Shave To Save & Business Showcase

Schedule of Events:

The basic concept behind the shave to save event is fairly simple.  A person must first agree to shave their head on the day of the event.  In order to do so they will need to raise a minimum on $150 prior to September 4th.  They will be given donation sheets where they can collect money from donors that want to sponsor them to shave their heads.  At 1pm on the 4th we will have the local hair salons and barber shops present to cut the hair of the sponsored people.  Participating shavees will receive a “Will The Warrior” T-shirt.  In addition we would like to get some well known local people to commit to shaving their heads when we reach certain dollar amounts.  For example a person might decide to commit to shaving their head if we raise $5000.00.  The shavee that raises the most money by the day of the 4th will be named honorary “Big Wig” for the day.  All of the Net proceeds will be donated to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in Will Pahuki’s name.
